I consider myself to be a seasoned gardener! I have been doing it for so many years. BUT I had no idea about sooo many topics covered in this book! I am so excited to be able to use them for this years harvest! YAY! This is a fabulous guide for any beginner gardener and has all of the steps you need to take in order to create the healthiest most fertile soil possible. I love how easy everything was written and it is actually something that one can do for years to come!

I didn’t realize there was so much to know about soil. Like the book says, it’s not just dirt. I was surprised to learn that there are a billion microorganisms in a teaspoon of soil. The information seemed very complete and I liked the narrator. I agree about the importance of community in gardening. Years ago, our neighbor gave us a few tips that we have continued to use.
