A brief look at the sigma male

A good and quick discourse on the sigma male. The narrator spoke in an odd rhythm and detracted from the the audiobook.

Horrible narrator

The book seems good, but this narrator is trash. Bad pacing, odd pauses, and an annoying voice/mannerisms.
Buy the book instead.

Exceptional

I feel every man can take a piece from this book and implement it in their own life.

Pretty good

This is a decent introduction to the sigma male type. It is basic and concise. There are plenty of actionable ideas here.

It is my desire that the author will expound more on the ideas in this book. There is much more that could be said about and for the sigma male.

I hope other authors begin creating more content like this.

A clearly written biography of my life. Don’t know how this author knows me so well.

Worth It

Great book about Sigma Males…. if you’re one of us or trying to understand one. Had no idea what a sigma was a year ago. I always thought the world was just full of Alphas and Betas. We are lone wolves at heart, makes total sense.

Missed the mark completely.

I was not able to enjoy this book in the slightest. Helpful Matthew sounded like some weird imitation of Lieutenant Data, making this book a slog to get through as opposed to any kind of enjoyable experience. Anytime I see a work associated with him, I will know to avoid the book.

Weak

This was more of a self-help book than an informative depiction of what distinguishes a Sigma from the others. It’s also read with a cheesy 90’s type self help intonation. It wasn’t for me, but if you are an early 20’s guy with no idea who you are….have at it.
