Good stand alone sci-fi novel
It made me laugh. It made me think. It made me hide my tears as I listened to it at work during the last few chapters because okay, one of those deaths was predictable, but the others? HOW COULD YOU?! It was painful, but poetic.

Seeking answers requires asking correct questions
Thomas needs to know. It drives him in every waking moment. Consumes his every thought. Often clouds his judgement. How far will he go to get the answers he desires, and who will he have to trust (or betray) along the way? A space-faring story with moderately predictable outcomes is a delightful treat for your ears due to Aaron Waite's off-kilter narration and wildly varied character voices and vocal sound effects. While character development is shallow, the progression of our protagonist and the situations he encounters along the way will keep you interested and seeking the answers in-pace with the rag-tag party. If you pay attention, each chapter might bright forth hints of another book or movie you've previously enjoyed. [Disclosure: I received this title for free and listened at 1.75x.]
