This book gives tools, strategies, and insights needed to overcome self-doubt, overcome procrastination, and to get motivated AND stay motivated so you can reach your goals, and achieve success! This is a master class in personal growth. You are given actionable strategies and practical exercises that you can implement immediately! Love that the reader/listener is asked to sign a Declaration of Intent because it gets you to commit to the process of developing a self-motivation mindset. The author really drives home the point that passion is the key to success and gives practical steps to discover your passion. Character strength theory is described in detail and encourages one to learn about one’s own natural strengths and truly understand yourself. The author explains how this deeper understanding of yourself has a direct correlation to your ability to stay motivated and accomplish your goals. You’ll learn the difference between specific goals vs vague goals, and why it’s important to know the difference. The author stresses really knowing your strengths because he says your strengths are your assets for achieving success, and your strengths will help you overcome challenges. The plethora of information contained in this book is broken down into bite size pieces which makes it easy to retain the information, and apply it, without feeling overwhelmed. I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This book is very uplifting, hopeful, and encouraging. Sometimes we beat ourselves up for procrastinating, or not being as far along with our goals as we think we should be. The author says “It’s okay if you’re not where you want to be yet. But with practice and dedication you’ll catch up.” I really liked it! Get this book, and you’ll be on the road from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. And like the author said, “Remember success is not just a destination, but a continuous evolution of who you are becoming.”

You'll get out what you put in

Is a great listen. Can't wait to finish the book. The book helped me learn quickly how much our future and success is in our own hands. Sometimes realizing that is the key to not limiting ourselves, and being what holds us back.

A Lovely Listen

This was a truly impactful journey to follow and reflect on for myself. The exercises allowed to ground myself and find a deeper appreciation for the person I am and who I am growing into. The examples made it so listeners and readers of all generations could follow and relate. The passion and enthusiasm for personal growth and connection is evident in every chapter.

Reevaluate everything.

I am so pleased by the journal for men and discovered several things in the audible book that i can really use right now .I like all of the chapters and the easy step by step blueprint on how to get started on becoming a better and happier person.I also find myself able to get closure on some failures and get back into living a decent life.

Motivational Read!

I really enjoyed this book. It was inspirational, motivating, and encouraging. I think many get bogged down with their day to day and fail to step back and think about the "big picture". This book offers strategies that enable a person to make a mental mind shift that can alter the perspective of one's life. Great read!
