It just makes sense. If you follow Karamokoh Wurie's advice and read this book every day for 30 days you can change how you feel about yourself. If you continue to believe in yourself you will be your best. I don't think I am empowered, enlightened or inspired but I feel better about myself because of this book.

This was a great book.
This was a great book. I listened to the audiobook and I found it to be so full of useful information and inspiring stories.I like how the book is split into small bite-size chapters as well, so easy to dip into and out of for the busy people who are likely to be interested in the subject matter. I can see that I'll probably keep revisiting this book in the future for more ideas and inspiration.

useful advice.
I am nearing retirement age and I found this book so compelling that I read it twice. This is wise, powerful, practical, and inspiring advice on how to put together a life of joy, meaning, and purpose-- and to do so by one's own best lights.
I have read a long shelf of books on self-improvement and this one stands out for its pithy and immediately useful advice.
