I like that it is very much a workbook

I am still working through this book, it has exercises that can take a week or two. I like that it is very much a workbook, that the exercises are all about the progress I want to make.

This is a hands on workbook for those struggling with self esteem and all the ways that plays out in one's life. It requires "doing" so for those really committed to doing the work, it's a great workbook and much cheaper than professional help,

pretty good resource

I'm a high school social worker, and I purchased this book in order to have a good tool to teach or grow self esteem. It's actually a pretty good resource. Some chapters or lessons are more valuable than others.

A very good guide to yourself

As a mental coach it is the basic to work with people who are on their way of getting back their power on the self-esteem. This book is so good for listen coaches and autodidacts who are strengthening themselves.

Fantastic Book

I really love this book. I have not worked all the way through it myself, but I have focused on specific chapters - such as recognize and replace self-defeating thoughts, and creating the habit of core-affirming thoughts. I would love to sometime actually work through the whole book from start to finish.

A must listen for every person

An excellent book on self-esteem, highly understandable and practical. It describes the foundations of self-esteem, the requirements needed for it to grow healthy and strong and the events that causes us to adopt a distorted perception of our core. This is a skill book, it must be practiced in order to allow its wisdom into us. becoming the best version of themselves.
