Publisher's Summary

These are previously published books that I combined together to make one large box set.

Book One - Ember Wells knows the meaning of terror. A reporter by day, her nights are spent hiding from a serial killer known as The Seeker. He's stalked her for a year, terrorizing her through the lens of a camera.

Held prisoner by paranoia, fear becomes a lonely companion...until she meets bad boy Angelo Dimitrov, a dark, mysterious vampire who sets her world on fire.

Angelo Dimitrov is not what he seems. Sexy as sin and shrouded in secrets, he appears out of nowhere and moves in next door. Should Ember run from this stranger with the moss green eyes or give in to her heart and be burned alive?

Book Two - One year ago, Shon Wells nearly lost his life and the lives of those he holds dear to a mysterious man known as The Seeker. Now, Shon faces a new enemy. One that threatens the woman he loves. Shon will stop at nothing to protect her...even if it means his life.

Laura Donovan has secretly wanted Shon for years. Now the sarcastic vampire from the wrong side of the tracks is back in her life, and he's out for blood. Including hers. Racing headlong into danger, Shon and Laura fight to stay alive, uncovering deceptions, treachery, and a love that won't be denied.

Book Three - Vlad the Impaler has never known love. After all, what need does an ancient vampire have for such soft, weak emotions? No, Vlad is given only to duty. His life is an endless span of long, dark nights fighting shifters and the enigmatic hunters known as the Seeker Society.

But when fate puts Nita Franks, the sexy alpha of the wolf shifters, in Vlad’s path, all bets are off. After rescuing her from the Seekers, Vlad is drawn to Nita as fiercely as she is drawn to him. Their passion ignites, threatening to burn everything in its path, friend and foe. Even worse, the Seekers have unleashed a dark plot to end Vlad’s very existence and resurrect an ancient evil that could ultimately destroy them all....

Wow!

I listened to the audio of the trilogy back to back. The stories of Angelo, Shon and Vlad are very well written and the mysteries surrounding each character is 'sit on the edge' good. That being said, the sex is HOT. I, personally, don't think anyone needs a full chapter plus some of nothing but sex,and I tended to fast forward in the audio. But...wow. The sex is gooooddd.
Johnny Mack is a fantastic narrator. His ability to perform each character is top notch, and the actual narration of the story is easy to listen to.
Definitely recommend this trilolgy!

Get Ready for and Erotic Rollercoaster Ride

Would you consider the audio edition of The Seeker Trilogy to be better than the print version?

Yes! Johnny Mack brings each character to life. From the chapter 1 I was captured by his voice and his ability to make the characters real.

What other book might you compare The Seeker Trilogy to and why?

This book is nothing like I have read before. It's full of action, intrigue, and hot sex! Ember and Angel are my favorite couple out of the whole series. From the beginning you are pulled into this amazing world of Vampires and Shifters. I didn't want the book to end!

What does Johnny Mack bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He brings each character to life. He is a great narrator. I am an avid fan of his, and I look forward to his narration, because I know I will be fully entertained.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Get ready for the ride of your life!

Any additional comments?

I love this book! I am never disappointed when I open a Ditter Kellen novel. I know that I am going to be drawn into a world that can only come from the brilliant mind of Ditter Kellen. I highly recommend this book as well as others by her.

as good as the ebook

The story is always 4 or 5 stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook.

The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.

PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

To my ratings:

5* - very very good
it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A

3* - it's more then a one-time-listening, but not more then twice a year.
it's like a B

HOLY MOLY.

Sooo... I read a few of the reviews about the sex in this book, but I was STILL NOT PREPARED! HOLY MOLY. It was a bad, bad choice to start listening to this while at work but now I can't stop listening. The story line is awesome, the sex is awesome, the narrator is awesome, the character development is great, and I hope it never ends! I won't hesitate to read more books by this author if there are any. I was literally hooked from the first chapter on. Johnny Mack's portrayal of Angel's voice is HOT HOT HOT!

Great read

The Seeker Trilogy (The Seeker #1-3) by Ditter Kellen was a great series. This book consisted of Ember, Shon and The Rise of Vlad. We are introduced to The Seeker in Ember as they are stalking Ember. We see The Seeker through all three books. I really enjoyed reading this series. Ditter Kellen did a great job of writing characters that you get invested in.

Great Listen

I really enjoyed this one. All the characters were great! The interactions between them didnt seem forced at all. Sometimes the narrarators accents kinda threw me off but on a whole he was good to listen to.

Not a masterpiece

But a book that can be heard...

A bit boring but gaining some momentum through book 1-3..

More focus on sex scenes than a really good storyline..

Fang-tastically sexy with plenty of action!

This trilogy moves a little like a pendulum. It swings from hot sex to the suspenseful side of the plot and back again. And again. The men are all alpha vampires though there is a quirkiness to them that mellows their rougher take-charge tendencies. And the women are less damsels in distress and more fearless gutsy adventurers who repeatedly find themselves in dreadful situations. That is ok though because it all leads back to hot romps in the sack.

The three stories build on each other (though each ends with its own HEA) and should be read/listened to in order for maximum enjoyment. Ditter Kellen has also ended the overall plotline with an opportunity to expand further. Perhaps the Seeker - next generation series?

If you like your paranormal romances filled with action, this won't disappoint. The characters are fairly vibrating with physical and sexual energy!
