Loved it especially V4B!!!

Practical advice to eat WFPB SOS

This book offers a highly practical, simple though not easy way of eating Whole Foods plant based. I found it to be a great companion to the work and writings of DR. Gregor, McDougall, Fuhrman. Lisle and others.

So good!! I’ll be listening again!!

I’ve spent years in the ups & downs of food addiction and diets!! I’m 61 years young and aiming at 120!! I think my first diet was in my early teens. Something about hotdogs bananas and eggs? Which ended up finding myself in an anorexic way. The pendulum has swung far and wide. This has been a blessing to me. Life long help when I needed it for my health and weight!
Thanks for the simplicity and walking it with us Chef AJ!! I’m on day 68 down 33# with more to shed.
