If people used these techniques when training their dogs, she realized, there would be no need for prong collars, choke chains, or any kind of physical or verbal aggression.

I was kind of disappointed. I expected to find out more about how to make my dog let me trim her face hair, or brush her teeth, or get her to stop-turn around- and come back to me when she decides to take herself for a walk down the street when I open the front door. Her information is good about what she discusses like getting your dog to be calm and quiet for certain situations. However, this is NOT really a "how to train your dog" book. More like a tips/tricks to use WHILE you're training your dog.
