Rogues of Everly Prep!

The Second Move (Rogues of Everly Prep, Book Two) is the oh so sweet revenge, but don't get serene as twist keep coming and now I need to listen to book three. Friendships fructify, secrets exposed and revenge dished out with spice.

Kasi Hollowell tone is very good and articulate. Excellent narration.

Dark High School Bully Romance

The Second Move by Wendi L. Wilson is a dark high school bully romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Kasi Hollowell. This is the second book in the Rogues of Everly Prep series.

I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't help but binge the book in one sitting. I am loving the friendship that bloomed between Chaz, Joshua and Simone. I am really enjoying the relationship that is blooming between Chaz and Mason. It's messy but you can't but root for them.

I can't wait for the next book in the series The Third Strike to be released on audio so I can get more of their story.

Kasi did an amazing job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of her work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like dark romances, bullying romances, high school romances or contemporary romances.

It was Alright!

I did not think it was as good as the first. I thought the the female main character was wishy washy and acted like so naive. I wanted to yell at her so many times. I still enjoyed the story and the characters. I am ready to find out how it all ends. The narration was still over the top for me.

okay what's going on here?

So I don't exactly like what's going on here. like come on there is always more going 9n then what you see and that's what happened in this book. I kind of wish she would just listen to what they keep telling her, but they also get the fact that she wants her payback. Kasi did an amazing job narrating this book.

Great Series!!!!

Really enjoying this series so far I can't wait to see what happens in the third book. Haven’t been able to stop listening. So interesting and well written. All about secrets, revenge and all the ways it can break you. Loving this series!

This second book was AWESOME

I received this audiobook free for an honest review as a member of the Pink Flamingo Productions Review Team. The first book kept me on the edge and the second one was the same. I can't wait for the third one. Don't mess with Chaz. She will only take so much before she retaliates. She is just getting even. This book is full of angst and suspense. Couldn't stop listening. I had to go back to the first one to pick up this story. Best read in succession. The author did an excellent job with this story of cute guys and bully girls. I just wanted to slap the girls. Couldn't wait for Chaz to get her revenge. Then, what a surprise. Looking forward to book 3. The narrator did an excellent job with the characters, their personalities and the overall story.

Nothing like getting revenge on the people that played her.
Does Chaz have any regrets? Is it worth losing and hurting the people she trusted the most? Chaz is in a dilemma after having second thoughts how her plans are effecting her closest friends. She finds out the secrets that were kept from her. Is she willing to play along? Now she wants revenge on the actual people who are behind it all!
Kasi Hollowell narration is very good!

Great Book!

This is a great second book to the series. I really like the characters and how they have grown throughout the story. I also loved how she pulled in Blue Riley from another series, just briefly. The narrator does a great job telling it.

A roller coaster ride!💜

Wow! I loved Chaz in book 1. This book… not so much. I hate what they turned her into and I hate how she managed to drag her friends into her drama which I thought was incredibly selfish. That said, this story took an unexpected turn and I can’t say more without giving away spoilers. This story was highly entertaining, and emotion provoking. One minute I’m cringing then I’m angry then I’m fist pumping a “Hell Yes”
Clearly I’m undecided on how exactly this book makes me feel other than wanting more.
Once again the performance by Kasi Hollowell was outstanding.
This is book 2 in a trilogy and continues on to book 3.
I can’t wait! 😀
I highly recommend this book/series.

Holy angst & revenge-scheming Batman!

This book was so riveting, I finished it in one sitting. That's how good it was!

I understand why everyone did what they did, but everything was all so... ugly and manipulative. I don't blame Chaz or anyone except for those rotten Rogettes and the vile social system that persists in prep schools. Speaking of prep schools... how cool was that brief crossover from the Kings of Cypress Prep series!

Anyway, there's lots of recall/repetition, but you're going to want to stick around until the end for this one! Keep some tissue on hand as well.
