Scottish Bride

I did enjoy this book. I am a fan of Catherine Coulter’s historical romance books. I like the way she weaves her characters from previous books in the series as part of the story. Anne Flosnik does a great job as narrator.

I love this story!

I love the Bride series, the narrator does a fantastic job with the voices and conveying the roller coaster of emotions. I enjoyed hearing the way Coulter's characters grow throughout the story.

Very enjoyable as usual with Judith mcnaught

I really enjoyed the continued Sherbrooke saga the visual that you get because the writing is so well done when Mary rose was running away from McFaddle (not sure spelling is correct) it was good I was home because I caught myself yelling out oh no run. Throughly enjoyed this one.

Scottish Bride

I am not normally a fan of Catherine Coulter but I loved this book. Loved the hero especially when he was faced with dilemma at the end between his love and what his parish considered his duty. The heroine kindness and relationship with his children. I thought the narrator did a very good job too!

This book was ok.

This book left me wondering in certain areas. For example, a drunken man torments and attempt to harrass or rape a young women with 3 kids. He knocks her down and cause her to miscarry. The book gives nothing about how the husband was angered over the mistreatment of his wife or the loss of thier unborn child. I expected some fist play or something but nothing happened to avenge that action. I wanted to know how that was dealt with.
