Good starter book for those who want to begin a ketogenic diet. Loved the format and layout. Narrator's voice is great and makes learning about this diet interesting.

This book is a rare find. Well laid out and presents the subject matter in an interesting way. I'm surprised following a low carb high fat diet has so many health benefits. Great overview for beginners.

I listened to the entire audiobook.

I listened to the entire audiobook in one afternoon and began implementing the advice right away. I've eliminated most of the junk food from my kitchen. I plan to read the 15 minute keto meal plan to learn how to make some healthy meals.

This is by far the best audiobook.

This is by far the best audiobook I have listened to on this subject. Great layout and presentation. I really like how each chapter focuses on a specific health aspect of the diet.

I loved the honesty of this book.

I loved the honesty of this book. Most keto diet books don’t really speak the truth, but this one does. I also liked how he wasn’t too judgemental and just stated the facts. The narrator doesn’t hold back.

The narrator doesn’t hold back. They are straightforward about the fact that you must give up certain tasty foods to benefit your overall health. It helps to hear the truth, even though it is difficult in the beginning. But now, I’m glad I did listen because I am finally losing weight and feeling better than I’ve felt in years.
