table of content and details in chapters

This book has great content. it was rather brief in some of the key concepts and chapters, secondly the table of contents is empty. it will be nice to know what is in each chapter before reading. this was part of what I learned in the book.

Excellent book for giving you the confidence to learn something you never thought you were capable of.

I read this book because I'm going back to school at age 32 and I needed some kind of guidance to help me learn smoother and without breaking myself apart in the process. Learning new things at a later age can be exhausting, exactly how the book states but that fear of uncertainty or failure is temporary if you don't give up on yourself. This book helped me reclaim my intellectual competence and gave me more confidence. We can't rush the process of learning, as the author states. We have to better ourselves in increments which will eventually construct the bigger picture.
