Lucy has been a professional performer in London's West End Musical Theatre for many years. She has performed in shows such as Oh! What A Night, Fame, Chicago, Mamma Mia, Legally Blonde, Matilda, and The Sound of Music. Although Lucy is very passionate about the performing arts, her first love is Jesus Christ, and her writing is an outpouring of love for her savior.
The Scarlet Thread is a book of poetry and spoken word which covers many different topics and shows how Jesus can work through our lives in a powerful yet natural way. Ranging from observational and humorous to deeply challenging and difficult topics, the poems are often used to share Jesus and bring biblical truths into the lives of believers and nonbelievers alike.
May Lucy's personal experience as a Christian performer and her scripture-filled poetry be a blessing to each listener. Her prayer is that they would be used for God's glory many times over!
