In this fable the author draws on his long journey not only around the world but also through many cultures and ages, from the ancient Greeks and the teachings of the Hebrew prophets through the great teachers of all the major faiths and philosophies of East and West. It is the story of an older man who has found inner peace, sharing his knowledge and insights with a young man who is searching for his place in the world.

This was an interesting listen... the knowledge and insights being passed on really got me thinking.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

it's a short book, debating if it's worth the credit. but the i thought it was worth the listen. part of me thinks i liked it because it mirroered my own thoughts.

Short but powerful message

I understand the 60 or so chapters are bits of advice, insight, or words of encouragement. But it’s presented very scattered; like a haphazard mosh posh of unorganized thoughts.

It’s obviously been helpful to the other three reviewers, but it seemed very basic and fundamental; it wasn’t useful nor thought provoking to me.

This is my voluntary review of an audiobook received for free.
