The Saga Begins

Welcome! My name is Jason Rowlett, but I also go by my pen name, J. Douglas Rowlett. I live with ADHD, and in this inaugural episode, I introduce this show and explain my plan (as of now) for how this podcast will play out.

I lived for 31 years without knowing I had ADHD and 5 more years without receiving any coaching on how to actually live with it. In this podcast, I share the lessons I have learned from my lived experience with the condition.

My aim is to help others with the condition be able to understand ADHD, see themselves for who they are, and be at peace with how others see them. In essence, to see and be seen.
