Publisher's summary

All Michael Hollister wanted was death. What he got was time travel.

Convicted of murder, and with nothing left to live for, Michael commits suicide in his jail cell in 1977, then opens his eyes in 1966, in his eight-year-old body, with all memories of his previous life intact.

His first thoughts are of the dark intentions of his father. When the man who raised him once again tries to do the unthinkable, Michael has a chance to right his childhood's greatest wrong. But, can he do that without becoming a killer all over again?

Includes a special bonus note read by the author.

Redemption

Good work. Entertaining and thought-provoking. I tried to listen to it in one go but life interrupted to my great annoyance. Ordered and downloaded the next in the series before I even finished this one.

Pleasant surprise

Because of book one I found it difficult to start this book. I must say it was definitely a pleasant surprise because to be able to experience his redemption.

Who doesn't love second chances

And third, and fourth, and fifth . . . . Simply love this series. This story is one of my favorite.

If you grew up in the 1960s - 1970s, these stories will bring take you back to your childhood.

Love the characters and the unique take on what comes after this life!

Forgiven?

Great story! This is second book I listen of this Writer. Will definitely obtain all books of this series. Will hold your attention from first second. Performance is so great, I forgot I am listening book. I feel that I am in theater. Difficult life of young boy, which I was super positive deserves worst punishment. In the end, I feel that I feel sorry for him, but I would never forgive

I laughed and cried

I didn’t think I’d like this characters story. Omg this book explains why he did what he did. He redeems himself in my eyes. And Sergeant puss-er had me laughing too often. Great narration, he adds to the story. :-).

I hate that the serial killer is presented as

I hate that the serial killer is healed with good circumstances and good people. he doesn't even struggle with his inner demons-its all circumstances outside him that change him. No one is guaranteed a happy childhood or even a safe one_ but by and large, those injured people dont grow to serial killers. Yes I know. t
They their blame their victims. Claim their victims deserved or wanted it. I wish the author dug deeper. Swear some blood before he wrote this character and any possible redemption by the serial killer.. stories are great . he missed opportunity with this one.
