the title says it all

pros: rather than comparing trump to caesar or any other lazy narrative, the author goes into the minutiae of how the emperial presidency would likely come into being.
cons: a bit dry (as the author goes into changes to each aspect of governance)
narrator sounds extremely bored.
some of the aspects discussed are just how the american government works and has worked.
many of the changes the author talks about, just sounds like slight conservative reformations.
