Not my usual read

I really liked the story. This was not what I would usually read considering the characters are much younger than myself. I also have never read a steamy, sexy story. I truly enjoyed it. Quite a few things are unrealistic but that's what fiction is about. I listened to book 1 and 2 and read book 3. I hope book 3 is released on audible soon.

Loving so far

I really enjoyed this book! It surprised me, I was expecting the same old story new characters but the emotion and action in this book grabbed me and took me for a ride. I'm excited to read the second book in the series!

Omg!

I almost lost it!!! I’m just glad it ended good. But let’s just talk about Teddy Hamilton’s voice and how sexy it is. Definitely want to hear more books narrated by him.

5 beautifully heartbreaking ⭐️

This book was more intense than I thought it would be. I was not expecting that ending! Silver and Alex go through so much and I know there is more to come. Alex is book boyfriend worthy! I fell hard for him. He is not a bad person but he is definitely not perfect. As you get to know him you understand what motivates him. I felt for Silver throughout the whole book. While I hated what happened to her I loved how strong she was going to school everyday. This book deals with bullying and has some triggers.

Narration was perfect!

Teddy and Charlotte Nailed it

Holy wow!! high school was never so scary. Bulling at its worst. Good start to the series, cant wait for the next book. I absolutely Love Teddy Hamilton and Charlotte North also did a really good job. I was so close at some points to fast forwarding past the scary and very detailed horror parts. so glad it all comes to a somewhat happy ending, even though its to be continued. well worth a credit or your cash. I couldn't turn it off until it was finished..... Laugh, cry and wonder why.... now we wait for book 2.

Heart Wrenching!!!!!

I f$%#ing love this. I was wrapped in this story from beginning to end. I laughed, I smiled, and I cried. A must read!

Surprising

The cover made me worry it would be cheesy or an After copycat. I was delightfully surprised and couldn’t stop listening!

Strong yet Sweet

I really enjoy books that have multiple flawed characters. The push and pull between Silver and Alex is one of the best roller coasters to read. He's complex and interesting. She's so strong yet guarded.

There are definitely plenty of plot points that warrant the trigger warnings - ones I didn't even see coming. There are a few lulls in the story that could have been sped up, in my opinion. But overall, the writing was magnificent - I can't wait to see what book 2 brings us. 4.5 stars.

I love Teddy Hamilton's voice. Yum. And Charlotte North is awesome narrating this story too!

Loved it!

I love how the storyline can reflect real life in how the characters talk, act, situations that happen or occurred. It was an amazing book!!

Still my favorite series!

This was the first series I listened to, and I've restarted it 4 times. The story is great, the narrators are awesome, and I've recommended this series to several friends!
