Publisher's Summary

Yes, stop popping your zits right now!

Acne has been known to be one of the most embarrassing problem you can’t “hide” because it’s literally on your face, but you can have control of your breakouts, even though at times it may seem impossible.

Most of us enjoy the compliments of looking our best, and having to deal with acne can certainly prevent this from happening, which is why severe acne can rob a person of his or her self-esteem for a very long time if it doesn’t get nipped in the bud.

Learn some real hacks and the real "truths" about the causes, myths, types of treatments, and prevention of acne. More importantly, we have a whole compilation of remedies you can apply as soon as you pause the audiobook.

“Be good to your skin. You’ll wear it every day for the rest of your life.” (Renee Rouleau)

Audiobook content includes:

  1. What exactly is acne?
  2. Understanding different stages of acne
  3. Deconstructing the layers of skin
  4. Debunking the top seven acne myths
  5. Prevention is better than cure

Misled

I thought, for some reason, this audio would give me tactics to avoid the temptation to zz pop. . . Not really. Otherwise, it was very informative and for the price I believe it’s worth the cost if you don’t know the truth about acne. I on the other hand have been spoiled and heard most of this information before— let me further explain: mainstream media is very very misleading. Saying you need to... ok well I’m going to far. Listen and you’ll know. This audiobook is actually telling the truth.
