For years, many of you have known me through motorsport and the Race Driver Coach show. We’ve done nine seasons, a huge number of videos, and covered a lot of ground. As I looked at it all properly, I realised that I’ve spoken again and again about sponsorship, career steps, mindset, performance and all the usual things around racing, but underneath all of it there has always been a much bigger conversation going on.

This has never really just been about racing.

It has always been about helping people become the who they need to become to get the job done, to perform better and to build a mind that actually can achieve their goals.

That is where my focus is really going now.

I’m not abandoning motorsport, and I’m not pretending the old content is no longer relevant, because it absolutely is. But from this point on I want to speak to you in a broader way as an individual. As a performer.

I want to go deeper into the stuff that actually changes lives. Belief systems, confidence, mindset, action, mental fitness and becoming the version of yourself that can achieve what you are aiming at.

That is what this next chapter is about.
