Charming amd Sweet

I love this book. I totally loved Irvine and Ranger. I love this author's book and this is my #1 i saw myself in Irvine.

Not good.

Usually, I love Mark's writing. but this one? Not at his best. The narrator was awful, and I thought that we (the reader) were going to learn how the parents died? we never found out. And the story was boring. But, somewhat interesting.

good story but poor audio performance

I wish I hadn't paid for the audiobook. please don't use this reader ever again.

This is not up to mark’s standards

I have read a lot of Mark’s books, it is hard to believe he wrote this!
Mark Roeder is one of my favorite authors.
Everyone has a dud every now and then. This was it !
I had to struggle to finish it, hoping it would get better, it didn’t.
