I am glad this was my first Audio book
This is my first audio book and I could not have picked a better book.
I absolutely loved the content, speaking the truth. I will now get the book in hard copy so I can refer to it again as I am building my coaching practice.
I think this is a great book with some powerful insights and challenges useful to any new coach or coach who may be struggling to appreciate their value and get the clients you want to have.
This was truly transformational for me and very timely as well. I am glad I picked this book.

TRULY A MANDATORY LISTEN!!! 💯👊🏻🎯🙌🏼
A truly a BADASS Audio full of easily explained concepts that are backed by personal their experience in the field of Coaching! There are so many relevant and detailed examples that are easily duplicatable for receiving the result you want from your client, and the results your clients want from you.
I especially loved how transparent and open Litvin and Chandler are about their thought process and intentions behind their coaching techniques and philosophies.
I am a Personal Trainer looking to offer more value in the Mindset Coaching, and I'm so excited to finally have found the kind of book that delivers point-blank and no bullshit "fluff" just to sound cool.

Fast, effective, true, and worked immediately for me!
I read quite a few business books. I consider myself well-versed in this genre. This book is not very long and seems to be simplistic it’s approach. However, listening to it over the course of 24 hours has changed my life. I was inspired by the authors and put into practice what they challenge each leader to do. I can honestly say that while reading this book, I gained new client and I’m thrilled to have this knowledge as I move forward in my company.
To the authors, thank you for the book. To anyone that wishes to read this book, do it. As you read it, apply the principles. They work for me and I know they could work for you.

An inspiration generator
This is a motivational book for serious coaches! I'm a student newbie, I know nothing, but I listened to the book over about a week in increasing amounts of time. I will listen to it again - and again. The Prosperous Coach pulled my game into focus, made me sit with my own motivational challenges, laid out what I will need to do to make being a coach work. It opened the door on the macro-level devotional, committed practice that is required. I understood beyond doubt that few coaches can really succeed in making a career but those who have the combination of spirit, courage, discipline and mindfulness can fly.
Thank you Rich Litvin especially, I learned that coaching is going to exhume and bury my sense of self over and over, but the price of *not* doing it - if it's within you - is unthinkable.
Though the actual message of the book is how to make money by learning the disciplines you need, the inner secret is that If born to it, a coach today is a shaman of possibility. Thank you, profoundly.

A Companion for Taking Action Towards Sustainability
The main takeaway from these short chapters, alternately narrated by both authors, is that coaching is a long game made up of daily choices to break lofty visions into small, humble tasks. It’s not a theory book, nor is it big on “exercises;” what it offers are principles to integrate or to “lean in to,” as well as a four-stage process that serves as a workout circuit course, of sorts. The aspiring prosperous coach can and will adapt within these four pillars as their personal journey, deepens.
For folks who want an instruction manual, this will feel disconnected. For folks who are going to coach regardless, there are a lot of signposts that help steer with intention, towards the kind of business that sustains you and the Big Dream you got into coaching, to facilitate into the world.

Possibly a bit overwhelming for beginners
I enjoyed this book up to a point but would say it’s probably more suited to coaches with some experience / an already established coaching business who are looking to take their practice to another level. The ‘Litvin Levels’ (where are you in your coaching journey; student, novice, competent etc) is designed to inspire you to the next level but it only made me feel more of a beginner. If you are an experienced coach it’s probably an absolute winner.
Rich Litven is a great speaker and his voice works well in audio. Steve Chandler on the other hand needs speeded up!

So glad to know all coaches dont have to do the very involved internet marketing, if they dont have to!!
A breathe of fresh air. Down to earth, inspiring, invigorating, scary, some of the advice is hard work and well out of your comfort zone, but it is do-able. coming from an authentic place and just awesome advice if you practice it fearlessly.

and now with the audio book I'm on course for 50. It's my third hand. I'm a student, no doubts but I had always felt something was a little cheesy with coaching. When I came across Steve and Rich I instantly knew this was going to be my approach. It cuts out the sh!t and makes sense to me. Huge impact
I have now listened to this book 7 times and each time I gain a deeper understanding of what the authors are highly proficient in. If you are a transformational professional looking at ways to develop your practice, this book will definitively provide a path of development to allow that to happen.
I am now in my 4th year of coaching and am now able to create clients as and when I want to. That is down to my understanding of the information given by Steve and Rich in this book.
I also connected with Steve on social media and have learned more about what he does, I hope to do the same with Rich in the near future and become as talented as they are.
Bottom line, buy this book, you will not be disappointed.

Impressed and inspired
I was so impressed and moved by this book that I read (listened) to it in one day! Nothing was repetitive or boring. I was clenched to the speaker as I waited in awe of each piece of information being shared. I’m so inspired and I have made a further transformation today. Thank you Steve and Rich. It was awesome! I may buy a physical copy too as a reference!

Every Coach MUST read this book
This is by far the best coaching book I've read! It goes against the grain of traditional coaching business models and makes perfect sense! I'll be rereading and implement each step as I go through it again. Absolutely loved it and I will treasure this book forever! Thank you Steve and Rich fit sharing your strategies!

Some gems hidden in amongst all the fluff
I wanted to like this book. It certainly has some tidbits of solid advice in there and timely reminders of what not to do.
However, every time I felt we were about to get to the pointy end of the practical “how”, the advice faded off into the shallow end of ra-ra life coaching with advice like “stay in the game”, “fail better” and “be prepared for miracles” and the chapter ended
It was like sitting down for a degustation only to realise you’d been served a tasting plate.
Good and almost, but never quite, great.

Brilliant
This is the approach every coach needs to understand when it comes to creating a coaching business, I was sick and tired of classic business strategies for coaching, and human connection was left to a side, and I didn't know how to hang to my value and explain it in a powerful way. Now my life has changed.

Brilliant
As Steve and Rich said their coaching is not for everyone and I absolutely agree with that based on the content of this book.
Many of us are thought to do everything opposite of what they are teaching and that is what I find brilliant about this book. It’s a new way of thinking and coaching, it’s a manual to really step into your power and who wouldn’t want that?
Brilliant!!!!

lots of telling, no real examples or explanations.
majority of the book was "do this" without explaining how, or backing up why. The entirety of the book seemed to convey that you should simply adopt certain principles because the authors say so. Little substance, lots of self promoting

Disappointing
Outdated advice in this online world. Condescending tone of the American author.
Limited HOWs
So much contradictory advice.

Excellent read!
Must read for anyone in the coaching space. I loved the clear and straight forward approach without all the fluff. I purchased the actual book and watched additional online content. Highly recommend, definitely worthwhile the time!
