This episode of The Green Hornet first aired on October 27, 1946.

The Green Hornet debuted on a Detroit station, WXYZ, on January 31, 1936, and later aired on the Mutual and ABC Blue networks until its final broadcast on December 5, 1952. The masked crime fighter was the secret identity of newspaper publisher Britt Reid, who relied on his valet, Kato, and a supercharged roadster, the Black Beauty. Al Hodge portrayed The Green Hornet during the series' first seven seasons, followed by Donovan Faust, Robert Hall, and Jack McCarthy. The series was created by the same team that brought The Lone Ranger to the air.

Green Hornet is a good guy that the public thinks is bad. And of course there's Kato. Love it.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely, I love this series and I believe any fan of a continuing saga of a group of charaters would as well!!

What did you like best about this story?

The reference it made to an earlier adventure: "Racketeers in Gas Coupons"!

What about the narrator’s performance did you like?

He is consistantly great to listen to as all the other actors are, he certainly contributes to the progression of each of the stories.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The mention of the earlier case of "Racketeers in Gas Coupons" episode.

Any additional comments?

This was a great follow up story and I truly enjoyed listening to it.

An Interesting Turn of Events!

Granted this is from an old radio show but the sound quality while driving is so poor that I was unable to hear anything that anyone other than the main character says. Rather like listening to one side of a telephone conversation. I gave up at around the 8 minute mark.
