I very impressed with audiobook

I very impressed with the clarity of the ideas presented. The audiobook was a gift to my husband. He has really enjoyed listening it and studying Private Equity .

Good listen

There are some exceptions mostly found among private equity firms focused on relatively small firms. The audiobook ends with an extensive list of recommendations.

Great consultant listen

Great listen for a consultant looking to know how the best of the best handle an M&A transaction. Really insightful with actionable trips and tricks. Only downside is I would say it would be difficult for someone without an intermediate understanding of M&A to follow at times.

The author presents the material in a way that is comprehensive and yet plain enough to understand without consulting reference material. A must listen for anyone looking to do this or even managers employed by companies that will or have gone through this process.

This is a certifiable book legitimized even in spite of the money, not in any manner like some various books out there which in some cases basically reorder from different sources. It is made enough for him to see, yet covers the critical things. I recommend this book to everyone.
