No Clear Difference

This book was good but stated the same information I've read in other books. Stories about what others have done, compare how they gain positive team work through some bad story then.

Every coach and leader should read this book.

I wish I had played four more coaches and teams that emphasized the principles found in this book. I started off coaching with great passion but spent too much time coaching as I had been coached. It took years to find out for myself what Jon teaches so well through this book. we played games for fun as children and it should stay that way throughout. The techniques in this book can keep the fun in the game while also making sure athletes what to stay in the game rather than burning out prematurely.

Continually impressed...

I’m always continually impressed with everything I read by Jon Gordon. What’s more, I reaffirms my belief that when you love, serve and care not only will you impact the people you serve but the people who serve your customers.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who works on a team but is an individual contributor too!
