There’s a nice calm tone that makes this audiobook relaxing. It repeats simple ideas but that helps remember the points. Good for long walks or easy listening at home. The message stays clear: your thoughts guide you more than you think. Good everyday reminder to catch negative ideas and replace them slowly.

still relevant

I get why this book is still around. some of it feels dated, but there’s a lot in here that still's still really relatable. the way it talks about belief shaping reality... kind of hard to ignore once you start noticing it in your own life. i found myself replaying certain parts just to let them sink in. not everything landed for me, but the stuff that did will stick with me and change how I see some things.

I've learned about untapping the subconscious mind in the past, but this audiobook is compiled well and was a good reminder of what to do. I don't wholeheartedly agree with the law of attraction, but there are some things there that I found useful. I think this was originally published in the 60s and has some outdated information, but it's interesting to see people still publish new copies of this book. My favorite part is the one that teaches you to think about how we think.

This audiobook really made me see how my thoughts affect my life. It helped me view things in a new a positive way. It's actually pretty cool how much your mind can do.

At last, the audiobook version of this book! I’ve come across the print version many times, but I was hoping an audio version would come out, and this one does not disappoint.

I love how this book brings big concepts down to earth, like how to unleash the power of the Big Me to gain wealth, how to access the subconscious mind to get a smarter and better life partner (the other me), and how to use it for forgiveness, happiness, and even better sleep.
