Great lecture!

I really enjoyed and benefitted from this brief, well organized lecture on awareness and more broadly mindfulness. He did an excellent job of illustrating what awareness is and then expanded his ideas on why it is beneficial and how it can be applicable in everyday life. I highly recommend listening.
