I recommend this book

I recommend this book as an easy way to engage in any kind of interpersonal skill-building. And I recommend the actual book because you are encouraged to mark it, write things out, and that is part of the fun and teaching.

Useful Audiobook

I am really enjoying this workbook!! I like the attention that is paid to building awareness around sensations that happen in one's body. I find the exercises structured and very helpful.
