The reading. Was just read- no inflection. It was like listening to a 7th grader read a school report.

The bad reading ruined it

Another “Silo” story. This one might have been written by a 5th grader.
Don’t bother, even if it’s free.

Virtual Voice sucks.

It's hard for me to rate the story because the Virtual Voice narration was so bad, I wasn't able to finish it. Listening to an entire book in monotone, with improper pauses and inflections, is a mild torture. I had to work to focus on the story and had to keep going back to listen to entire sections after realizing I had checked out at some point. Reading and listening to books is my happy place, but this was just irritating. I plan to read this on my own and I would recommend that you do the same if you are interested in this book.

The virtual voice narration is really bad
