John Joseph is amazing.Hes overcome many obstacles.His plant based energy is off the hook.As I write this he’s participating in the 2019 Cozumel Mexico Ironman,which I know he’ll do well because of his diet and discipline.If you want to get psyched up to achieve your best potential,Read this book.I give it 5 stars.

Very good listen
For me, the concepts in here were more just great reminders. The narration is fantastic if you are from the Northeast and love yourself a great NYC accent. John's realness and experiences add a lot to this book. I definitely recommend.
