ORPHAN BRIDE

This is a touching story. Lucy has became to old and has to leave the orphan train. She's offered up to anyone who wants her. A mean man wants her. Garrett Black saves the day and picks her so Clem (The mean man) doesn't get her. He also adopted Lucy's little friend. There is a good story line with a little action at the end. In the olden days, orphaned children were put on the" Orphan Train" to find new families in the west. Unfortunateky not all children find good homes. Some are forced to become laborers and some are required to marry someone they do not know while others are just not adoptable. Follow Lucy on her journey on the Orphan Train. A great, shorter read. I am a believer of , if things are suppose to happen they will and they happen at the right time. This story is that. I thought it was great. I loved the unique story . I listened to this on audio and loved the narrator as well.
