It's a great Book, but I have a qaum about the book, authors talks in length about inviting everyones opinion but doesn't share how to actually bring consensus, when organization is actually divided.
how about situations where employees are acting in their own internet and only looking for short term gain.

A change in paradigm
The more than 2000 years leadership both in the public and private sector has proved poor and has yielded to the world we live in today. This book full of hard and touchy anecdotes shows how a serving leadership that acts as catalyst of all the forces, creativity, and passion of people can take teams (and may I say, communities) to another advanced level.
