Acerca de esta escucha
After losing his wife and daughter, Navy Chaplain Luke Remington encounters a crisis of faith and reinvents himself as an elite Navy SEAL sniper. When Luke’s first overwatch assignment at a controversial UN Summit is disrupted by an all-powerful figure claiming to be Jesus, things get weird—especially when the crowd starts vanishing by the hundreds.
But his trouble really starts when a peculiar nine-year-old girl defies the alleged messiah and motions for Luke to come find her. Thus begins a mind-blowing and dangerous adventure that will challenge his sense of trust and determine the fate of the planet.
With increasing evidence of an alien-government conspiracy and an extraordinary child with unearthly powers, who can Luke trust?
The One is a fast-paced sci-fi thriller that offers mystery, suspense, and action and doesn’t let up until the final showdown in the singing sands of Death Valley. If you enjoy books with super-powered children, secret alien plots, and false deities, you’ll love this mind-mending thrill-ride from Edward Miller and J.B. Manas.

RUN AWAY… SAVE YOURSELF
This book is a total Crap Fest. The premise of this story has interesting possibilities. But instead of putting forth the effort in researching subjects he writing about i.e. the military and how it works to write a really good book the author chose to insert his own blasphemous, humanistic ideology which brings absolutely nothing to the story.
