Such a cool take on a magical world. So many characters that are intriguing and tragic and leaves you wanting an entire book dedicated to the backstory for each one. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Found the author on Tiktok and decides to give it a listen, I loved this Potteresk story. The characters are well flushed out and the story line was quite intriguing, and the narrator did a fantastic job bringing this all to life. I'm headed to get the next book in the series as soon as I write this, I can't wait to listen.

Realistic fantasy

This story is one of my favorites so far as it deals with the use of magic with a realistic base, leading you to a world similar to ours with a hidden twist.

The fact that Charlie kept fighting her own demons

For me it started a little slow, but soon after it literally kept me riveted. I wish the second book was on audible. Great job on the story.

A More Mature Harry Potter Story

The magic school and the adventure certainly remind me of Harry Potter. But while Harry Potter has a certain lightheartedness (at least in the first 3 books), this story begins with tragedy, builds on a more mature/sophisticated magic structure, runs on adrenaline, and leaves you in perpetual suspense. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I am excited for the next story.
