Luiselli is the author of five books, including the nonfiction book “Tell Me How It Ends: An Essay in 40 Questions” and the novels “The Story of My Teeth” and “Lost Children Archive,” which won the 2020 Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction. Her new novel, “Beginning Middle End,” will be published in July.

very well done. the interview portion a nice touch. each story is read in perfect harmony matching the perspective of the story being presented.

to take note, 99.9% of all these stories have a melancholy feel to them. if you're looking for overtly cheerful or feel good stories this is not the place to find them. Though many of the stories are quite touching.
