Publisher's Summary

Ceazia Devereaux has seen it all on the streets. She's gone from a gangster's girl to being married to the game. After the murders of a few of her associates, she's ready to divorce herself from the lifestyle she once knew and become the "good girl" she was raised to be.

Ceazia finds her way to Atlanta, where she hopes to find a man who can take care of her. Parlay is a big-name rapper who fits the bill perfectly. Ceazia sets up a chance encounter with him, thinking she's on her way to a fresh start.

Danielle, her arch-enemy, has other plans for Ceazia. She's bound and determined to make Ceazia pay for her past sins. But when she gets caught up in the very same web she weaves and someone sets out to destroy Danielle's life, will her thirst for revenge take a back seat?

Love this narrator!!!

this book was pretty good. I recommend that you read this before you read gangster girl or return of gangster girl by same author. This is gives you back story / history for those books. I find myself listening to a lot of books narrated by iikane. she has the best sounding voice & gives the book such life!

ok what book is this?

There are four books different titles with the same character, however I'm not sure what order they go in! The gangster girl, Return of the gangster girl, married to the game and this book what order! OMG it was ok because there were so many characters I lost Focus I just got it because I like the narrator to be truthful!

WTH did I just listen to!?

Based off of the release dates I tried to put these books in order and listen to what I thought was the last one in this series wanna be, but I guess I was wrong unless this author is gonna drag these storylines out some more? This book, with its multiple sub-plots was TOO many things that just didn't make sense or go together! The lengths that these weak minded female characters went to for the dumbest revenge ever was way too far fetched! Basically, I feel like I just wasted my time listening to tales of dumb and dumber women. Giving this book 2 stars is being quite generous!

Easy on the ears

I gave the story 4 stars because I didn't like the way the book ended. I got to the end and found myself wondering what happened. I was sure I must have purchased the abridged version because surely a lot had not been covered.
