story was good and spooky

AI reading is the worst. no emphasis or emotion. would be better with human reading it

Story was great

Virtual narration just didn’t do it for me. Unnecessarily long pauses between chapters. Repetition of sentences. No human nuances.

My husband has an awesome voice. Also has a IMDB page. I could absolutely get him to read your next book - wouldn’t cost you anything and your overall ratings would go up. Yes I like your stories that much that I would definitely butter my husband up!

This had to be written by a kid that just hit puberty and has a smoking fetish. Sex Drugs and Smoking over and over and over.

Eh. It tried to be a sexy b flick but that never translates to print well in my opinion. So many "breasted boobily" moments that just were so gross they were almost but not quite funny, and made me glad they all died quickly so I wouldn't have to hear the author salivating over cutoffs and tanktops anymore. I'm not here for smut, I'm here for monsters.

The actual monster was somewhat interesting? Kinda. The author was very interested in making sure we were aware at all times of it's apparent rage, though I'm not sure he ever explained why it was angry. Maybe it was because it too was tired of hearing about cutoffs and tank tops.

At some point near the end I fell asleep and am not interested enough to figure out where and hear the ending.

If you're one to put on forgettable podcasts and shows for background noise, this would work for that because the narrator is adequate and it's free. But don't expect much from the story.
