In only two hours - you will get 100 years of practical psychology wisdom based on sound research. You will discover how understanding of the psychological concepts like “cognitive dissonance” will help you to make more money, or how the concept of “professional deformation” allows you stay proactive and satisfied with your career while keeping a happy life/work balance. This book is a treasure chest of knowledge, especially critical for teachers, trainers, managers, and others, who can get into those “mouse traps of communication” because of their professional roles. Two hours of listening to this book will save years of unnecessary painful experiences and mistakes. It is intense and provocative. It invites you to look beyond and deeper than the usual surface of your work and personal relationships.

Getting out of communication traps by Irina Ustinova

There is not a single person on this planet Earth who is not interested in successful and productive communication with his or her relatives, friends, colleagues, and bosses. From that perspective , Yri Sinyagin s book target multiple communities of different people. When involved in interaction with people from different environments we tend to play different roles that are reflected in different identity traits, communication styles and even language and dialects we choose. The author skillfully introduces the terms and concept of psychology of communication, such as self realization, assistance effect, finger games, sympathetic joy , etc. and offers scenarios that illustrate how different communication gaps can be resolved and bridged. If we take into consideration Yri Sinyagin s advice and become humble, compassionate individuals, psychology of good communication will be implemented into life and bring fruitful results.
I highly recommend this book to parents and their teenage children, teachers and students, employees and bosses who wants to become equipped with communication strategies.
