Halfway around the globe, exobiologist Dr. Katherine Shepard and intelligence officer Colonel Devon Peters are summoned to the site of a downed UFO. To their amazement, they find one of the occupants alive. Even more shocking, he appears to be human. As Shepard and Peters delve deeper into the enigma, they expose a chilling truth: aliens have inhabited Earth far longer than anyone could have imagined, and they are not alone.

A great Six Million Dollar Bionic Man story.
There were several callbacks to that old and well loved TV show, but the story itself was original and a well done exploration of the possible futures of enhanced artificial limb replacements by a man who is far more knowledgeable on the subject than the average bear. Do recommend.
