Financial literacy for dummies like myself

In my experience, financial audiobooks are hit or miss and this is due to two main reasons. 1) The content is too heavy and hard to understand just by listening to it. 2) The narrators aren’t always great. This book didn’t have any reviews but it was cheap and so I took a chance. I’m happy to report that is a great listen. The narrators voice is soothing and easy to understand. As for the content, it is also really great. The author made me laugh too with the personal experiences that he shares. The chapter regarding the credit score system is shocking, but in a good way. For the first time, I actually have a good grasp of how it works. The narrator also did a great job of explaining the graphs and exercises that you can visually see in the book and which page number you can find them on. I could tell that this audiobook was created as an ebook or paperback first, but it was not an issue in my opinion as it converted really well. Great listen and I learned a ton. I also noticed the author has a second book about investing. I haven’t started listening yet, but the narrator is the same so hopefully the quality is just as good.
