The Milkman is worried - his bottles keep disappearing! Merlin the Cat promises to investigate. When the culprits are found to be squirrels, Merlin and his friends uncover an even bigger problem - with the trees in the woodland being cut down, the squirrels are short of food. Merlin has to find a solution, and enlists the help of all the woodland animals to help him.
