Not a very enjoyable take on gender switching.

When your only super power and battle tactic after you get changed into a woman is ...I cant help but have oral sex with the first priest I meet in front of my boyfriend while he watches in disgust while I cant stop or The vampire rapes me while my friends hang around and decide how to pull him off and they take so long he almost finishes...or ill let the demon rape and impregnate me willingly so my friends can achieve a goal in our quest. ya Just NO. Its written well with likable characters but our hero turned female thinks that a vagina is his best weapon.

Much more to it than a sex change story.

This is a most unique story. I liked the change.

Whimsical and Eventful

This audiobook is odd. It is full of odd occurrences, so "Misadventures" is the right word for it. I had a hard time understanding character motivations. Problems and solutions seemed to come easy. There was much absurdity, but also lots of drama. The narrator seriously needs to stop using squeaky, goofy, childish voices for the side characters. Her normal narrator's voice was fine, but the wizard and dragon voices were annoying. Overall, this book is a head-scratcher.

I ENJOYED IT!

I enjoyed it. This book is full of so many mythical creatures with constant twists and turns, you can't help but be invested in the story. The narration was good and kept you entertained. This author did a great job with the characters. This was my first book by this author but definitely will not be my last. I look forward to reading the next book in this series. Overall, a pretty decent listen

So, this was an interesting fantasy tale with a strong gender transformation element as its main premise. There is DEFINITELY a strong amount of sexual content, as the main character is not only transformed into a woman, she is cursed with an extremely high libido. There is also a bit of romantic love thrown in there to complicate the quest. I found the language to be a bit formal at times, which made me struggle to be engaged in the story a little. The narrator, similarly, is a little dry. She wasn't bad, just not as engaging as others I've listened to.

Shoud be The Erotic Adventures

Only listened to the first two hours of the book. And it should be titled "The Erotic Adventures of Ka-Ron the Horny". During the two hours I listened to this book, I was disappointed with a few things. First, the only adventure Ka-Ron was having was in discovering how it was to be a VERY horny woman. Second, the language is too formal for the time period, it just doesn't fit with the characters and the story. Third, the narrator, Veronica Stewart, just doesn't work for this story.
