Nice voice, bad recording

I like the narrators voice. It’s a nice sounding voice. Horribly mastered though. The highs just pierce my ears from every set of speakers I tried it on. Couldn’t make it very far in the book so I can’t speak to content.

Had to rate it all a 1 because I’d like to warn people. Honestly, I’d like a refund.

Like listening to a robot read a blog

Material was basic budgeting, with only cursory hints of what minimalism is even about. Narration was stilted, with pauses in the middle of sentences, and I've heard greater inflection from text-to-speech apps. Improving either the content or delivery could possibly make it worth someone's time to listen to, but not as is.

Terrible

100% Nothing new. Poorly recorded and it show, Terrible reading, mispronounced words and phases combo'ed with poor re-recordings. Factually inaccurate all over the place and focuses heavily on families with kids....Author must be a mother, not that being a mother is a bad thing, but not all of us have kids..

Just don't buy this, I wish I hadnt. I literally never review stuff, but this was so bad I had to take the time to warn others....

Inconsistent audio

The recording has inconsistent audio throughout the book. It sounds like the reader keeps changing her setup.

Muy buen libro

excelente. Resume además varios conceptos presentes en otros libros similares. Es un gran libro para comenzar estos cambios.
Además bien narrado, pero MUY mal editado el audio. Se nota frecuentemente que cortaron mal los trozos del audio.

Content Good, English Bad...

The information was good, and the English and writing was horrible, to a point where the listener wonders how it was published by Audible. It was completely unedited. It sounded like a translator may have been used, HUGE problem with subject-pronoun agreement and bizarre language use, like “live low on the hog.” Wouldn’t buy another book by this author. Reader stumbled bc of the writing.
