The tips on hot flashes with natural ways is great. I will NEVER take a hormone. I have only had a few hot flashes and they were not bad. I find if I eat a good nutrition with no sugar, that I feel great all the time. I do not have any bad side effects yet.
The book gives you solid advice on what to do in certain situations.
