The Meg (2018)

This week, in order to save the Avatar franchise, James Cameron is sending us back to the Mariana Trench to take care of a little megalodon problem. But it's okay, we brought some cockney muscle to help.

The Meg is a 2018 science fiction/action film loosely based on the 1997 book Meg: A Novel of Deep Terror by Steve Alten. The film stars Jason Statham, Li Bingbing, Rainn Wilson, and Ruby Rose. It follows a group of scientists who encounter a 75-foot-long megalodon shark while on a rescue mission on the floor of the Pacific Ocean.
