I was never able to relax and calm down. I am always super-charged, running on coffee, and thinking about the schedule ahead of me. lately I have been having some stomach discomfort and I thought It was probably related to the amount of stress that I had taken on recently. That's what led me to seek out this audiobook. I have really learned a lot and I have passed it on to my husband and other members of my family, if not for their own benefit, but to help them help me. I was doubtful about tuning my mind to wealth and financial success. I am just starting this journey so I cannot speak to the results but I can say that I now have a way.

The narration is nicely done and is not tiring or boring to listen to. The concepts flow easily and it feels like the narrator is speaking to me directly.

This was wonderful and perfect which made it easy to fit them into a busy day. Whether you need a quick refresh or a deeper relaxation experience, this collection has something for everyone. It's a fantastic resource for practicing mindfulness and reducing stress. I found it helpful for relaxation, improving my sleep, and increasing my overall sense of calm and happiness. One of my favorites focused on self-love and the importance of taking care of yourself.

There is something for everyone in this collection. I was looking for help with getting to sleep and relaxing my mind. I found the Deep Sleep Meditation. There are some, like that one, that I return to again and again. I really like the Gratitude Meditation, which creates space for relaxation and gently guides my thoughts toward what's good and right with my world. And I love the “Letting Go” meditation. It helps me release emotions and thoughts. There are so many included that I haven’t been able to use them all yet. The music and calm narrations are soothing and create the right atmosphere.
