Narration Needs Work

Liked the story. Similar plot as a hit movie and I’d tell you the title but the movie is so well known that it would be a spoiler. The story had minor problems. Part of the ending was unbelievable because it was so abrupt. The real problem was the narration. It’s a shame too because, with just a little coaching and direction, the narrator could be so much better. Males are unrealistically portrayed as gruff and abrupt, speaking without a genuine sound of sincerity or feeling. All characters were portrayed with a rather staccato, robotic pattern of speech. It almost seemed like the narration was performed by a computer or voice generated software. I almost stopped listening, many times, but instead used it to fall asleep at night.
