Absolutely fantastic

Mr. Lesniak takes his unique and inspiring approach to discussing martial arts. Very accessible to people with a martial arts background as well as those who do not. Simplified terms and explanations make it easy to understand for anyone who listens. I love when the author gets to narrate the book, it allows the listener to truly feel how the author wants the message to come across. Very good book and would recommend to anyone.
