Entertaining story and narration

Kim Lorraine is a new author to me and I cannot believe I have not read more of her books before. This may have been my first book but it will not be my last.
From the first chapter to the last I was hooked on professional hockey player Taylor Savage and Becca Barnes’s second chance at love story. It was well written, entertaining and I loved everything about The Marriage Arrangement.
Not only were the characters engaging but they are easy to like and relate to. Taylor needs a wife in a hurry and he turns to the woman who got away, Becca to help him out. It’s such a shame that she can’t stand him. Convincing her to enter a marriage of convenience for a year is hard work but once he breaks through her walls, she finally agrees.
The chemistry between them is intense and as lines are crossed it complicates things. However what happens when pretence becomes real? Will they take a chance or will the past destroy their chance at happiness?
The narration by Shane East, Stella Hunter and JF Harding was spot on. In truth I could listen to Shane East all day and night. They brought the story to life for me.

Hook & Tink

I LOVED THIS BOOK! Okay I have listened to many of Shane East’s narrated books and i love him and Stella Hunt in Never King series and i loved them in this book! They have amazing chemistry. They did a phenomenal job on this one! This book is hilarious and spot lights in my opinion all our fears we’ve had in the dating world and truly i could relate to the characters. Totally worth the credit! 10/10

Loved this book!

The Marriage Arrangement is book 3 in the Anything for Love series that follows the players on the Seattle Cyclones hockey team owned by Maverick Wilde (The Baby Proposition). Even though I don’t watch or follow hockey at all, I am a total sucker for great hockey romance. This second chance/enemies-to-lovers/fake marriage/sports romance had everything I was looking for and then some. The main characters are relatable (even though the male main character is a professional athlete) and sympathetic and you are rooting for them to find their HEA from the first meeting. I love meeting new characters, but having the players and their significant others from previous books in the series is my absolute favorite. You don’t have to have read the series to enjoy this book, but you absolutely should!

Shane East is already a favorite narrator, but his Scottish accent in this audiobook is absolutely next level. It sounds incredibly authentic yet understandable, which can be an issue with a Scottish accent. Stella Hunter has such a smooth and soothing tone and her acting is phenomenal. This duet is a combination I want to hear again and again and again. Throw in a little J.F. Harding as Maverick Wilde and some other characters, and this audio production is pure gold. I’d love to have a book for everyone on this team!

I love this story it was cute and funny . The voices worked so well for the characters although I thought I was going have to hurt Taylor! I would highly recommend the credit

Hat Trick of Love, Comedy & Steam

There's no denying that I adore everything Kim Loraine writes as they keep me turning each page. This time was no different as the storyline is a hat trick of love, comedy & steam in THE MARRIAGE ARRANGEMENT.

Becca & Taylor are part of the larger Ryker Ranch family, but you don't have to read all of those to understand the plot in this stand alone read. With that said, there are cameos from our favorite cowboys and the other hockey players from books 1 and 2 in the ANYTHING FOR LOVE series. I think that's my addiction to series romance, being able to see former characters show up is like catching up with old friends.

I was lucky enough to do the alpha read of the text, then get the early listen on audio, and the gift that keeps on giving is Kim writes for her audio fans! What a surprise to hear not only Shane East bring on his Scottish accent, Stella Hunter be her sassy-adorbs-self, but we also get J.F. Harding in his reprise role of Mav Wilde and maaaaaaaybeeee another character or two. Gotta listen to find out!

5 STARS all around for a story that gives us another swoony as all get out hero, a feisty heroine, and an adventure that brings the heat on and off the ice.
